Memorial Board Form

  • We are fortunate to have a beautiful new Muchnik Art Memorial board in our Chabad Center. The elegant memorial plaque dedication is a distinguished, reverent way of paying respect and tribute to the memories of our dear departed loved ones, showing as it does the prominent places they occupy in our place of worship and in our hearts.

Our sages tell us that the best memorial for a loved one that has passed on is to donate Tzedaka (Charity) in their memory. You can dedicate a plaque on the Memorial board and make this important day one that will be marked by the congregation, all while giving charity in their honor.

The cost for a standard plaque is $360 (and is tax-deductible). Each plaque will be engraved with your loved one’s name English and Hebrew (if known) and date of passing on the Jewish and secular calendar.

During the Yizkor Service the names on the Memorial Wall will be mentioned in prayer. The lights which are adjacent to each plaque will be lit on days when the Yizkor Service is recited and also during the week of Yartzeit.
